Planning for Monitoring & Evaluation

To see a successful implementation with impact generation, we set the tone of M&E right during planning process. We develop objectively verifiable indicators that helps to monitor and evaluate efficiency, effectiveness and impact.

Design a Process

We study our client vision, objectives, work approach, process and management. Based on various project & program objectives, we devise a design of Monitoring and Evaluation process separately. We establish a monitoring system that provides useful information on the ongoing basis so that our clients can improve what they want to do and how they want to do. Our Evaluation design helps clients in taking decisions on ongoing projects & programs, assess in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability.

Collect & Analyse Information

We collect baseline data, make comparison, and observe the difference made. To adopt damage control mechanism of projects & programs, we create control groups and assess the impact. Based on Findings & Analysis suggestions & recommendations are made to our clients for further improvement.
